The maintenance team here at the Avant is top notch. They are responsive, efficient and take the time to get the job done right. They get in touch right away when they receive a request. They are also so very personable and friendly.

I moved into The Avant in late 2023, and have now reached the 3/4s point in my lease. I found myself wanting to move farther and farther away from DC, and heard great things about Reston, in particular Reston Town Center, so I gave this place a shot. Overall, both The Avant and Reston Town Center have exceeded my expectations. I have a giant patio, floor to ceiling windows, an island kitchen, and it all costs about 500-700 less than any apartment I had closer to DC... I wish I had moved here sooner. Walking paths connect everything, and the entire community feels orders of magnitude safer than any public space I experienced farther north. I coordinated getting a puppy with management in early 2024, and I have to say I've enjoyed all the help I've had with Nadine (the head of the leasing office?) who is difficult not to like. Thanks Nadine. I recommend this place over nearby locations. It checks all the boxes.
