Rachel Soto was extremely friendly and patient with me as we had to sort out a billing/ payment issue that was my fault. She even spoke to our mortgage company to resolve another issue. I spent most of the morning getting everything sorted out with her and she never lost her patience, was efficient, and gave top notch customer service!

After a scary accident for me last year, it brought me such calm and reassurance to speak with Rachel Soto of nationwide insurance company a service representative in our Fairfax County local area. Ms. Soto is a true professional in her field, extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of her business and she was also very personable as well as patient with me, as I had numerous questions about the changes needed & necessary for my coverage to continue & I often get long winded in conversation. Im so appreciative to nationwide insurance& its senior management for being so wise to have the foresight to have Ms. Soto employed within in their company to make the insurance business that much more fluid and efficient for their customers.l like me. I am a longtime Nationwide Insurance customer. Agents have moved on given retirements and normal changes. My recent experience was very good using the listed phone number for customer assistance on my auto insurance declarations. New agent engaged quickly (a great surprise) on first call and was very helpful and responsive to a change that was warranted. I have a new contact and am comfortable with discussing all of my Nationwide insurance accounts with one person again!

Jackeline cano!!! She was very friendly. My insurance car went up a lot, and she helped me to find a new one accordingly to my budget. She was quick finding it, everything was done through email. She emailed me my new identification cards right away. Thanks Jackeline for all your help.
