Brooms and Buckets Cleaning Services

This company charges you before cleaning is done. I am retired. My check is posted at midnight. When the cleaning crew doesnt show at 9am I look at my email and an email timed at 0810 says my card on file didnt clear. How you charge before service is completed??? I had a lost card and got a new one and forgot to call them. I JUST FORGOT. Im 70. 3 days later and they havent even called me. I could have been dead or dying. A simple honest mistake. The ladies that came each week were so awesome and sweet. But hey I dont want a service from a company that doesnt even call or ask whats going on!!!!!
