i'm new to the cycling community and from the get go I was nervous and scared coming in here. I had reached out to Kristen and she answered all my questions was very knowledgeable and informative and super sweet when I came in today everyone was so nice and helpful. kristen and another gentleman i forgot his name (sorry ) helped me out with picking a bike, giving me some pointers went outside with me to help me out with any questions or techniques in reference to cycling definitely recommend super affordable, customer service was excellent and everyone here is great.

Very friendly and very helpful people there. They had the exact bike rack I needed in stock for my new e-bike. Highly recommend them as they care about what they're doing, they can service your bikes right there and very knowledgeable. They're not trying to sell you something you don't need or want. It's also good to support a local business which I highly recommend.

I wandered into this store about 6 months ago and Susannah asked if I wanted to try out a road ebike. No questions asked and they sent me off to tool around on this extremely nice bike. It was so fun I ended up coming back again and again to try different bikes and got untold (very patient) hours of expert opinions on the matter from the whole staff. After agonizing over models and prices, travelling all over NoVA to try different bikes, I ended up right back at Blue Ridge. No other shop compared in their patience and willingness to let me try bike after bike, adjusting and explaining each one. Even though I've been a bike commuter for a long time, I don't know very much about bikes. I've learned SO MUCH talking to these guys, especially Susannah, KK, and Chris. Can't recommend them enough. So lucky to have a great bike store right next door!
