Have stayed at a friends place here several times recently. Can absolutely hear everything going on in the unit above us at all times of day. Voices, walking, doors shutting, vacuuming etc. Person started vacuuming at 10pm and could hear it clear as day. It's not even muffled or just daily normal sounds you'd expect from apartment living. It sounds like the insulation is just not good enough. Sounded like they were bowling when I'm pretty sure it was just a kid playing on the floor, and I could hear stomping around and banging of furniture like it was in the same room as me, and conversations between the mom and kid. Was super unrelaxing. Just want to put it out there, I'm sure it's a nice community but this would be a huge turn off for me.

Angela is wonderful! When I called in she took down all my information because they didn't have any apartments at the time that met when I wanted to move in. She just called me back because they had one and was super nice when I had to tell her unfortunately I found somewhere else (literally a day ago). When I'm next looking for a new place, I'll definitely reach back out. Give her a raise!!

The cost: rent is constantly rising. For us, it rose by $600 over 2 years. No amenities included. You need to pay for the washer and dryer (separately), sewer/ garbage, electricity, Internet, and even covered parking (expect to pay up to $2500 for your apartment with bills)! Merciless upon moving out; they gutted the security deposit (don't forget that there is a huge move-in fee when you first move in), despite broken door latches, leaking faucets, and other issues that were there initially in the apartment. Living conditions: as mentioned by others, miserable in the summer. No AC. Our apartment had windows only on one side, and it was impossible to have an air draft in the evening. Poor insulation. Everything is heard upstairs and downstairs. Crime is infrequent, but it occurs because it is a completely open complex. There is no security. There are lots of dogs barking all the time because this complex is pet-friendly. Nevertheless, the people in the office are nice (but no one stays for a while; workers are always changing). I recommend looking for another place for this much money.
