Milo is great! He helped us out of a real jam when our furnace started dying. Helped us find a good replacement model, answered our unending questions, and did a great job installing a new one. I bought a mini split, installed it myself except for the vacume and leak test, this needed to be done by someone qualified in order to keep the warranty valid.. I called EVERY HVAC servicer and/or installer in my area.....no one would touch the system UNLESS we purchased the system from them and they installed the system. Thanks AIRPLUS!!!
