Recommended by our realtor. Very nice on the phone, great marketing as you can see. However had a poor experience with the actual important parts and particularly at the end. Things were going well until we made an offer on a house. Jolenes team then could not follow through with the original loan as promised. We had to pay more downpayment, and had a higher rate. Even a few days before our closing date, the team asked us for information about places we lived in 5 years ago! (For example address and landlord) Information we provided to the team months before. And we did not meet our closing date. We emailed frantically the days leading up to the closing date and they ignored all of our emails. We never got an explanation or an apology.

Very organized - the entire team. Excellent communication throughout the process. A fully automated web interface that is logical and intuitive. This is critical as many documents are being uploaded. I'd highly recommend using Jim and his team.
