Tanya was very helpful and easy to get along with. The car we were interested in had a couple issues and she jumped right on them. Had them addressed right away and kept us in the loop the entire time. It was a pressure -free experience and we were treated as friends. And it doesn't hurt that we got a great deal. Kudos!

Wanted to leave a most positive review of Bud Clary Ford in Moses Lake, WA. Especially for Jessica my salesperson and Louie, the F and I manager. I went through AARP auto to find a new hybrid ford Mavrick. At that time the order banks were closed and they were many months from deliveries. Ford elected to open orders for one day and Jessica made certain I got my order in on July 17th. The vehicle arrived this month and Louie made the paperwork process pleasant and painless. He shopped the loan and got me a good rate. Further kudos to the Bud Clary organization for not trying to tack on ADP to the price as this is a hot selling vehicle. No reason to shop any where else.
