I cannot say enough good things about Theresa. She was on top of everything from start to finish. We had a lot of complications come up that were out of our control and she was always a step ahead with a plan. She is especially knowledgable about VA loans. Without her help and guidance we might not be in our house today. She made things happen that I feel like our previous loan officer would not have been able to do. I would 100% recommend her to anyone. She is exceptional and I will be calling her if we need a loan officer in the future!
