I had an issue with my AC and had 3 rivers come out to take a look. Henry took the time to explain everything to me as he went along and patiently answered all of my questions. He even went out of his way to point out a number of things with the AC unit I was unaware of. I will certainly be reaching out to them in future for any of my HVAC needs.

Henry Sharkey came on time, did a thorough review to assess the problem with my AC. He walked me through his review so I could understand it all and then he proceeded to fix the problem and did so quickly. He was very polite and professional. As I sit in my now cool home, I am writing myself a note to get this company to do the semi-annual maintenance review. Note also the office staff who spoke with me - Mellissa, by phone was VERY nice, accommodating and professional.

My AC went out in at 11:30 at night right before the heat wave were are experiencing now. I called Alex at 3 Rivers, he was able to come to my home and repair my unit the next day! He was very knowledgeable and professional. He took time to educate me on what was needed to repair it. He had my unit back running right away. Today is 108 and I am very grateful for the promptness and highly recommend 3 Rivers. Service: HVAC system repair
