Student housing can be an amazing way to spend freshman year at University. Forcing students to integrate into the student body, develop friendships which transcend the limiting boundaries of classroom and degree programs and stand as a very strong example of what college life can offer(girls, parties, friends from all walks of life and corners of the globe). Sunhawk Hall is a very good example of what a Junior College vs. a 4yr university embodies. It's a great location just 20' across the road from the CBC campus. Parents may feel more at ease about their child's success and safety if they choose this option. Being well located practically on campus it may help to ensure perfect attendance ( no excuses for missing class). Amenities include - On site parking(parking pass req.), 24hr laundry(free), well furnished and located common areas in each of the 3 floors, fast elevator and wide stairwells. Units offer multiple floorplans to accommodate your taste and the cost of rent can be paid for through the financial aid you are awarded. If this is your first choice of college, this opportunity will round out your educational experience very nicely. The administrative staff for student housing is great. Very knowledgeable, informative and understanding. No long lease documentation to confuse with legalese and high pressure tactics. This is a great option for students. Thank you CBC!
