This building outside is pending cleaning for a long long time. They have failed to follow up on cleaning the windows from outside which are like dirty for a year as per some residents.

I have been renting in this area for past 5 years and moved in at Modera last week.
This has been by far the best leasing experience. Laura helped us throughout the process. The whole moving in process was very smooth without surprises.
We were likely specially hard to deal with because of time constraints and late appointments but they made sure we were gracefully attended and answered.
The apartment was spotless to move in. There were minor issues with shower heads that Lance took care of very quickly.
So far it has been amazing to rent here.
