Im thankful that I have the luxury of being friends with Marcus at Sentry Northwest and the ability to tell you why... Initially Marcus didn't want to talk business with me. He was being overly protective of our friendship and he didn't want to be the guy to come off as if all he wanted to do was sell his friend/s or anyone Life Insurance. Fortunately for me I have been seriously searching for guidance as to how to protect my families future and the what ifs of providing for my family if I passed away. In all honesty its not a conversation most people want to ever have but selflessly I wanted to make sure my wife and children would be ok if something did/does and life insurance was the current topic. Finally my conversation hit a protective nerve with Marcus and he couldn't hold back any longer. The decision between allowing a friend to potentially go forward with the wrong info versus talking business amongst friends dropped. Marcus instantly went all business and I'm thankful he did. Marcus initially explained differences and what to look out for. He told me the benefits of certain plans and the downfalls of others. Then you could see he couldn't hold back anymore and he had postured himself in a way that a good friend best does. He wanted me to have the best not just for myself but for my family because he genuinely understands what it is to protect family. Marcus first is a good husband and father who proves he loves his family dearly. Another thing that people might not know is he is a Marine Veteran and knows what faithfulness, honor, courage, and commitment truly mean. I dont have to guess where Marcus's motives are and when it was time to talk the tough stuff I knew he had my families best interest in mind. Marcus helped me walk through getting the best plan I could that I dont have to worry about, that will protect my family with the what-ifs, and Its nothing I have to think about anymore. From one man to another, thank you! Thank you for helping me protect and provide for my family.
