Not sure what's going on at this location. The vibe is like they're going out of business. There is hardly anything in stock, and lots of things on clearance like they're trying to get rid of it. Nothing is faced properly (lots of items in incorrect spots, etc.) They also have placards here and there for sales that ended MONTHS ago. There is a lot of dust on surfaces and the testers and tester stations are dirty. It's like they gave up maintaining the store.

Dont place a pickup order to this location!!! Ordered a bunch of products for pickup and couldnt get there for a couple days. Suddenly I get an email saying Thanks for picking up your order which is confusing because I obviously didnt pick it up but I assumed it was just a glitch. I went into the store to get my items and they told me it was in fact picked up?? So either they dont check I.D when giving out online orders (which they are supposed to) and gave it to the wrong person, or someone working there is stealing pickup orders. Either way an absolutely horrible experience, they refused to refund me so I was out a couple hundred dollars. I definitely wont be placing a pickup order to this location again.

Improve on your customer service- you are not Nordstrom or Macy's - if you don't have customers you don't have revenue and will run out of business. The traffic reduction because the Northgate Mall is under construction and changes being made there I'd think has an impact on the business so, anyone who comes thru your doors should be treated equally and eagerly. I shopped here before and used to be a regular when I lived in the neighborhood. Now, by my recent lack of consideration and assistance I will shop elsewhere.
