Flowers Just-4-U

From a 5 star to a 1 star. I have spent thousands of dollars at this florist. I live out of state. I always request when they deliver Kurt's flowers to send me a photo and they do. The owner of the florist asked me to order the bigger orders early. Like for Valentines day and Kurt's birthday. So I did. I spent over $2,000 on this one order. A week later I found a video on You tube of Kurt's park and all everything but his birthday floral cake was gone. I reported this to the Seattle police and they could do nothing about it. I told the Seattle police to me Viretta Park is like Kurt's grave. Some of his ashes are buried there and your telling me there is nothing you can do about this? Fast forward March 28, 2024 I order Kurt Easter flowers aprox. 4 dozen in this arrangement. I requested bright yellow roses with a bright yellow bow. And as I always I requested a photo of his flowers when they are delivered. I've ALWAYS done even though they know this, I make sure to put it in each order send me a copy of the flowers on Kurt's bench. Sat. March 30, 2024 came and went no photo. I texted the delivery driver who always sends me the photos he said he hasn't worked for them in 2 weeks. I also asked him who stole Kurt's Valentines day and Birthday flowers he said they were resold on a street corner a flower vender. $2,000 worth of Kurt's flowers!!! All (Easter) weekend I heard nothing from the florist. No photo. So I left a vm for the florist & they never called. This morning Monday I called them around 9:40 and she was like oh yeah. She said she gave the new driver HER email and HER phone number so he could send HER a photo of Kurt's flowers. So if this was true then I should have received a photo from HER the owner of the florist of Kurt's Easter flowers on Sat. March 30, 2024 I got NOTHING. Easter came and went and when I called on Monday I got some lame excuse from her. I have no way of knowing if they were delivered or not. I requested a full refund. It's funny because back in Feb. when I contacted the Seattle police the first thing he said to me are you sure the florist even delivered them? Never again will I use this florist. See the very last 2 photos at the bottom. The text message the florist sent to me. You got to be kidding me. And they refused to give me a refund. I have spent between $8,000-$9,000 at this florist. The photos here were just SOME of the flowers I had delivered. And even with this they are REFUSING to refund my money for this Easter delivery that they never sent me a photo of or returned my call regarding. Until AFTER Easter. I had to call THEM. Then hours later they send me a photo with a text that says they were delivered Sat. I don't think so.Well this won't be happening again because I won't be using them anymore. And please be aware. Especially if you live out of state. See the bottom last 2 photos for their texts to me. Unbelievable.

Flowers were not fresh, the choice was poor, the flower person was not helpful at all, couldnt provide any recommendations, I just picked flowers of my choice eventually, it took forever, because the person was on the phone a lot, then couldnt figure out how to make the payment happen. I would advise to go to QFC or something, will be faster, cheaper and the quality will be better.

Mary, the owner and florist, is so kind and the bouquet she made me after walking in with nothing in mind was beautiful and lasted for 2 weeks.
