Great comfortable, clean rooms with a great location. Dog-friendly hotel with a good happy hour at the restaurant and complimentary wine hour! Really enjoyed our stay here.

Pros - Front desk folks were lovely, helpful and friendly - Rooms were decent sized and spacious enough Cons - They dont do daily housekeeping but didnt communicate that, came back to room at night and nothing is cleaned - the express elevator to floor 9-11 is often times slower than regular elevator but you cant take the regular elevator to 9-11 (like.. why) so youre stuck waiting - the AC didnt work well in my room, gets pretty hot at night - the gym was under construction and there was no communication about it Overall it was probably a great hotel 20some years ago but it is now very old and dated.

Booked the hotel for 2 nights. On the second day, left the hotel in the morning and came back at 5pm. Room was not clean, they did not replace the towels or made the bed. Tried to call front desk but no one picked the phone. Went down to the front desk and the person there said: "you should have asked us to clean your room"!!! "When you checked-in they should have told you that" (which they did not). "We are understaffed and replacing one of the vendors". I asked to see a manager but the answer was that "he is out of town". Even in a 2 star hotels they clean the room every day. Extremely poor service and very poor management of the hotel. Stay away from this hotel.
