        I had the back glass on my phone repaired. The service was fast and the price was among the lowest I found. A pleasure doing business with these folks. Note: parking is limited behind the shop.

        No specific reason given at all as to why they couldnt/wouldnt fix my iPad. I can understand if it is beyond repair. Please just tell me why you cant do it. Dont just send me away as if my business isnt good enough for you.

        Overcharged me and stole my genuine iPhone battery out of my phone and replaced it with a different non apple product battery. Thankfully my phone knew the difference and alerted me. To change the front and back screen of an iPhone SE I was charged $314. Thats insane. My quoted price from them was $64 for the front screen and $100 for the back. In the end standing there at the register I was told $314. Thats not good business and I felt like I had no choice but to oh it or not get my phone back. All in all it was a horrible experience and I still have to go back to hopefully get my genuine iPhone battery back.

      I am sorry Sam, it is not fair to give unreasonable rate for a business never used or got a service at all just to get a google point, the front desk teammate, told you already, why we don’t fix it, it is older generation iPad, it is not under our repair list the reason for that it cost more to fix those kind of devices , also you told us Apple Store already told you same thing , what kind of answer was you waiting from us?

      Hi Heather, I would like to apologize for your unhappy experiences, but I am the one who helped to you on that day and fix the phone, you brought back glass smashed, broken frame and broken front glass iPhone 8, we quoted to you $64 for front glass $129 for back glass, that is what you charged, In fact you added premium case $14.99 and tempered glass $14.99 the total amount you charged after tax $246.58 you paid in cash $50 a gentleman with you paid $196.58 from his card, I can’t post the screenshot of the receipt because it consists your contact information, also we changed a brand new frame with full accessories for free, you were happy for that when you walk out, I don’t know what happened after that makes you to write incorrect reviews, but still if there is any problems regarding the job we have done, as always we are here to make our customers happy.
