Ordered VENTI iced drink, this is how it came (paid for venti, got grande). Asked cashier, he said we asked for no ice, so instead we get air. NEVER had this when we asked for no ice. WEIRD.

The staff members are always attentive to my needs, ensuring that my coffee is made exactly to order each time I visit. Danny, in particular, stands out with his kind smile and positive demeanor, greeting me warmly and making me feel welcomed. Despite the bustling nature of this location, the staff does an incredible job of making me feel seen and valued during each visit. I appreciate their dedication to customer service and their ability to maintain a high level of quality, even during busy periods. The cleanliness of the bathrooms reflects the store's commitment to maintaining a pleasant environment for customers. However, seating can sometimes be challenging to find due to the high volume of people coming in throughout the day. Overall, my experiences at the Starbucks on Sullivan have been consistently positive, thanks to the attentive staff, quality coffee, and welcoming atmosphere. It's a testament to their dedication to providing excellent service to their customers.

Stopped by for a pink drink for my wife. We have been going to Starbucks off and on for a long time in a lot of different places. The service and friendliness is always fantastic. Seems like a really great place to work. I'm retired so don't get any ideas, lol
