When it comes to mortgages, in my opinion Dinah Ford is the absolute authority. A true professional. She came highly recommended by my realtor, and she did not disappoint. She knows her craft well. From start to finish Dinah guided me through the whole mortgage process and answered any and all questions I had. Ultimately, Dinah had my best interest in mind and she did everything in her power to make sure I finished the mortgage process successfully and to my satisfaction. My transaction with APM and Dinah Ford was my first mortgage. Dinah could not have made my experience with her and her team any easier or more pleasant. Carol has worked with me twice. Her knowledge of the steps a homeowner needs to take is flawless. Her knowledge regarding a refinance is just as amazing. Her team also works amazingly fast and they are very efficient. I will never work with anyone else unless I am forced to.
