        Had a resident of Multnomah manor,one of key properties apartment complexes, pull a gun on me and try to force his way with the gun into my girlfriends apartment and from the Portland police all the way to key properties we were shut down. The property manager tells my girl that due to a bush the security cameras were not able to pick up anything,from 4 different cameras, nothing. So I do not recommend anybody to rent or even visit these properties due to the lack of proper security. Seems as if they don't care what happens on the properties until the worst happens. I would give 0 stars if I could

        The community manager Julia Frazier Merritt is unstable deeply. They lie and falsify the information for people seeking AFFORDABLE HOUSING!!! This agency Needs oversight. No one living on the streets will EVER get through the application process. I reported her the The housing discrimination. Annette Johnson
