Magnolia on Jefferson

I hate to leave reviews but for the sake of my husband he was very disappointed when trying to send me roses for Valentines Day. If you want over priced roses that look rushed and deliveries at the end of your work day (after 3:30p) this is the place for you. He wanted to surprise me then blew the surprise when he was told they were delivered and I hadnt received them yet. After calling around to neighboring facilities to make sure it wasnt delivered to the wrong place he found out they had made a mistake and the flowers actually hadnt been delivered yet. I was late leaving work because I had to wait on them which put us behind for dinner reservations. I get Valentines Day being busy but businesses shouldnt over book if they cant keep up. Heres the photo of the 130$ dozen roses. My husband actually called hoping for some rebate on at least the delivery fee because this was truly a mess and he was told, Sorry the money has already been sent through but we can give you discount on the next order. It wasnt about the money but we do not feel we were provided with 130$ worth of service. Sorry for the review but I would not recommend. Guy who delivered was very sweet!
