$1,492.64 to repair a little broken pvc pipe!!! In our experience, this is a totally unethical company! We had a pvc pipe snap from a fanny bump in a very tight laundry space at our camp in Belington last fall. My husband was gravely ill in hospital at the time, so I was not consulted about who to call. This was a very simple fix. In fact, another contractor repaired the exact same type of break for $75.00, on a Sunday nonetheless, when it happened once before. Midstate first claimed that the white pvc pipes that were snapped were improperly installed with glue, which is exactly how you connect pvc. You can see in my photos that the pipe simply snapped when it was backed into, which had nothing to do with how it was glued. They then replaced maybe a total of 5-6 feet of pvc with special blue pipes, they claimed were superior to the white ones, to the tune of $1,492.64! The pipe alone could not have cost more than $25-30 tops, and was most likely not even that much, but they charged us $400.00 just for the pipe and fittings!!! Midstate lied about how long they were here, charging for 3.5 hours for a 30 minute job; their work was sloppy; the repaired pipe is not even straight; and they grossly inflated the cost of everything. The family members (elderly ladies) who authorized this service were panicked and needed to drive a long distance home that day. So, they felt they had no choice, but to agree to this inflated cost. Midstate should be ashamed for taking advantage of and exploiting two old ladies who didnt know any better. I would have written this review much sooner, to make people aware, but I have been mourning the death of my husband. This is utterly DISGUSTING!

Service was fast and top notch. I can not recommend Midstate Plumbing and Air more. I called and there was a crew on site in less than two hours and had my plumbing issue resolved within a couple hours. Very fair pricing and very professional.

The team at Midstate Pluming and Air did an outstanding job fixing our backed up sewer. After trying multiple plumbers only to hear cant make it for 3 days to a week. A call placed to Midstate resulted in two plumbers on site within the hour. They were very professional, brought the right tools, worked efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. What more could you ask for. I would recommend them and use them again if the need arose.

Guys showed up at appointed time completed removal and install of garbage disposal in one hour. Very professional, courteous and neat.
