The location is the only good thing about this hotel. There is always something wrong with every room. The first room of our stay was dirty (hair stuck in the phone cord, dead bugs in the window, etc) and smelled like intense cigarette smoke. The second room we moved to was dirty as well (hair in the shower, cheetos on the floor), smelled like sewage gas, the heater made an extremely loud noise, and the freezer was unusable because of the frost build up. The "breakfast" is waffles or oatmeal, which is disappointing compared to the old spread that included various meat options. I used to stay here every time I'd come to visit my family because of the location, but I will not be staying here again. Rooms: Dirty

This hotel has an attractive price on booking sites but if you're staying over in Morgantown WV, I would spend the extra $30 and stay somewhere else. Location is pretty good, right off I77 and you can walk to Bob Evans or Burger King. The general decor is actually quite nice and the hotel must have been pretty good 10 or 15 years ago. Included breakfast was ok. When we first got into room 421 it smelled of Javex (bleach) so it was obviously sanitized and although not overbearing it was enough to have to open a window. There were only 3 tissues left in the container in the bathroom. The shower head is a handheld that had a loose mount and would only point straight down. When I got in the shower I noticed there was a hair stuck to the wall of the shower. Water pressure was not good and combined with the loose shower head, showering was not easy. This room was supposed to have a queen bed but it seemed to be a double bed. Whenever the people next door went in and out, the closing door would shake the whole wall of our room. Best Western has their name on this hotel and based solely on this experience ( i know they have some great hotels) I would not ever stay in a Best Western.

Not a bad location. Dirty rooms. There was a cockroach so we left. Won't be back.
