        Mickey mouse company not even in America. Kept me waiting over 5 hours and putting my work order in multiple times. Probably going to get hit with a huge deduction in the bank and they didn't help me at all. I had to call AAA

        I had a unusual key (mailbox) that took a little extra time with them having to physically ship a key to me which got a little delayed due t o the holidays. 2 of the keys worked with a little coaxing but third one didn't engage the pins well enough that I thought it may damage the lock. Customer Service promptly AND over the weekend refunded the difference. I would not hesitate using their service again especially for more common types of keys as their customer service is really on top of it. Kudos to you at a time when CS has really gone terrible at most companies.

        Waited 2.5 hours for a locksmith who never showed up to get me into my vehicle. Was charged before service. Absolute disgrace. Getting my price refunded but if the refund does not come back I will be filing a chargeback. Disgraceful service.
