        This place is TERRIBLE Do not bother going here. Its tripple the price of the DMV & he doesnt get the job done. Horrible. I should have just went to the dmv myself bcus a yr later & I still dont have MY TITLE BACK, Registration or a license plate (which I didnt even need)! He told me the DMV rejected my title for whatever reason. He said they didnt give my title back to him which is a flat out lie bcus I went to the dmv & called and they told me they NEVER keep any rejected title no matter what. Theyre not allowed to keep it. Ever. They give it back if they dont accept it. So, wheres my title is what I want to know? Or my registration card or the license plate I paid almost $200 for?! Hell I only paid 500 for the car. Plus I have a 2 yr old and really dont have the time or money to go get another title for $100 from the dealership in KYand he wouldnt even give me another temporary tag after all this! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! Just go to Teays Valley DMV. Have a good day!

      The title you brought in was water damaged because you let your kids throw it in the floor of your car and step on it for months. I told you that you would have to get a duplicate title. I was nice enough to give you a temp tag until you could get the duplicate title. You never came back with the duplicate title. How is any of this our fault?
