Warning, dont go here. Theyll say that you swore cuss at them but they dont have proof but you do then they tell you youre banded without even giving you a letter or anything. I will never use this bank again and I will let my friends never use this bank. this bank worldwide is unprofessional unrespectable to its customers. They even banded my daughter when shes not even a customer

I have lost my debit card so I use cash app or Apple Pay as my means of funds and with that being said, I dont usually keep money in my checking account and I have a notification every time it dips into the negatives due to auto pay being set up on the main account. After providing screenshots that I used an instant transfer in the morning that didnt deposit until the next morning after, I sent proof that City National had received my money yet still charged me with a paid item fee for two days straight despite them receiving the money that same day as soon as the charge took out. There was no collaboration to help assist the customer, even after trying to provide screenshots and documentation with proof. Officially done with City National. They have terrible customer service.
