        Very nice public library. Only costs 10 dollars to come from PA to loan books.

        Thomas was very courteous. I need a Notary for some important papers and he was very thorough. There was no charge.. I was very happy and surprised the detail that he had to do! Thank you Thomas and thank you Brooke County Library for this service and hiring such a great employee!!
