I had two wisdom teeth removed. Great care by the entire staff! Dr. Pietz was very attentive and always available for any of my concerns. Very easy recovery without complications. I would highly recommend!

I waited over 45 minutes and wasnt seen at all because I had to be at work soon. This is so unprofessional and disrespectful to think that anyones time should be wasted. No one came in to the room to at least let me know that the provider was running late. Communication goes a long way.

The office of Wendy Pietz, Oral Facial & Implant Surgery did a fine job installing my implant. However, their scheduling practices are terrible, and may cost you extra money that you did not budget for. I don't know if it is common practice to make patients wait five months to have work done. Maybe all oral surgeons make their patients wait that long. What I do know is that this office used a retired prosthodontist from out of state to make the actual implant for my mouth. I also know that this office rescheduled my appointments more times than they kept them. In addition, I can attest that one of the times my appointment was moved was AFTER I was already in the chair waiting to have the work done. It wasn't until the moment that the implant was to be placed that she realized that it had not arrived yet. There I was, mouth open, waiting for the work to begin, when I was told "Oopsie, we don't have the implant. Come back later." As a person who does not receive Paid Time Off for such situations, the frequent rescheduling that seems to be common for this office has been extremely costly for me. I asked several times for a discount to off-set my lost wages, and have been stone-walled. Use Wendy Pietz only if: (A) You can't find anywhere else to go. (B) You have a very flexible schedule. (C) You don't mind waiting a long time. And (D) You don't mind losing multiple work days for your oral surgery needs. Otherwise, you'd be better off going somewhere else.

Apparently you have to bring your own translator ( Spanish) to come with you to your appointment or else YOU have to pay them to get you a translator. Ridiculous.

By far, the most positive medical experience Ive ever had when faced with trauma. Dr. Piety went completely out of her way to treat me, stayed after hours to complete a procedure, and made me as calm and comfortable as possible during the uncomfortable procedure. Cannot recommended highly enough!

That is false. We do not charge for translator services.
