I do not recommend this company. Unprofessional, lack of responsiveness, and poor workmanship. We needed an external chimney chase restoration. Ours was rotted. I received several quotes and read reviews. I thought some of the negative reviews I read were anomalies. I was wrong. Every negative thing I read was exactly what I experienced. Perhaps they are good at sweeping but terrible at reconstruction and project management. The job was supposed to take a week. It took over a month. They never showed up on the date or time specified. There was ALWAYS an excuse for being late or not showing up unless they wanted payment then Josh magically appeared. We went weeks with just plastic covering our chimney hoping it wouldnt storm, which it did and we had to reattach it. The crew were chaotic and inefficient in their work, always running to Home Depot for nails or supplies. Come prepared! Several things had to be redone because they werent done correctly the first time. One day they showed up to put our siding up while we were gone. Our neighbors Ring camera caught them doing wheelies with their ATVs on the road in front of our house. After we paid the final payment, we asked for a lien waiver. It took over a month, multiple texts and emails, and finally threatening to report them to the State of Wisconsin to get it. Never again!

Unresponsive, anti-punctual, and unprofessional. Do not work with Josh. Dude left one of his employees on my roof alone for like 3 hours then didn't show up to give him ride for another 3 in the middle of january.

We paid 50% back in October 2022 and still have yet to have services rendered. Josh ghosted us for months and still continues to give us the runaround and doesnt respond to my husbands texts. It seems we are not the only ones and this feels very scammy and slimy. At this point, we want full reimbursement!

Josh came over and gave me a quote to repair my chimney. I accepted the quote and to schedule the job, I paid 50% of the quote value ($3000), per their request. When the team came to my house to do the job, they found significant problems and the job was going to be a lot more money than expected, so I canceled. I asked Josh to return the $3000, which he agreed but I never got the money back. This was in December and after 7 months, they are not even answering the phone. I sent several letters to their address and they all came returned. At this point, I'm thinking this can even be a scheme to get money. Does anyone have any idea what can I do to get my $3000 back? 9 months have now past and I still don't have my money back. As soon I made the previous post, Patriot reached out to me letting me know they thought the situation was resolved and were going to look back at this. After several emails after this, with no response, I'm back to zero. What else can I do to get my money back? Service: Chimney repair & restoration
