Great experience with Walgenmeyer's, including salespeople, estimator, installers, etc. We appreciated their guidance in choosing a type and design for our carpet from the variety of options available. They were communicative and reasonable regarding scheduling and cost expectations. Everything the day of the installation was very smooth. Our new carpet looks and feels great! We'll work with them for flooring needs in the future.

Had new carpet installed today. The entire team at Walgenmeyer's are great to work with. No pressure to buy they just want to help you find the right fit for your home. Jeff our installer even helped moved some items that we didn't have out of the way yet. Great people, great product. Highly recommend!!

Terrible service from salesman, Jeff, at Walgenmeyers. Went in April to place order and schedule June install in a rental unit. Informed Jeff time was of the essence, must install in June. No response to my followup phone calls so in May went into store. Jeff told me the vinyl that I had requested had been scheduled for another job. So I picked a different more expensive floor. Do to my experiences w/this salesman, I again checked in later May, (no responce, so again went into store). Jeff said the original vinyl I had requested was now available. I said "no", I need this job completed in June, I have been working with you since April". Installer did not install metal thershold in basement bedroom doorway. This was our third order/install with this Company. Don't think will use them again.
