        I recently stayed in this hotel after we celebrated my grandmothers 80th birthday party. I hadn't intended to book a room, but I did so at the last minute as we were tired. Upon checking into my room, 1 of the complimentary water bottles had been used. Them when my daughter went to use the restroom, there was hair in the toilet. I mentioned this to the front desk staff who only offered to tell housekeeping. Like seriously, that's the best you can do? I was very disappointed in this level of customer service and the cleanliness of the room. Not to mention the walls are horrible. I heard people talking loudly all night. I dont think I will ever rebook this hotel.
