        I work construction and whenever I'm in Appleton I stay here,have been for years,to me the best in Appleton! Rani and Matthew"The Managers" are the best! The rooms are always clean, room service everyday,they just remodeled the whole hotel,floors,doors,cabinets,beds etc..Very quiet and comfortable,have never had a bad experience. Recommend 100% if your in The Appleton area

        I have stayed here several times, on the second floor, and each time noticed a foul odor of dry rot around the vending area of this floor. I did call after my last stay to report it, but she didn't seem to understand what I was talking about. In other words, the building has a mold infestation, probably caused by plumbing or the roof leaking.

        Nice small hotel had a good pool and hot tub. Loves that our room did not have carpet. The breakfast was little to be desired, if you are booking to fill up on the breakfast don't.
