I had called them for 3 different repairs. A single sink, toilet, & a 3 sink. I opted to only having 2 done as that would have been $600 instead of $1000 for repairs. (The toilet and single sink.) I hoped the 3 sink would last awhile. After my 3 sink broke completely a couple weeks later I called for repair. They said they wouldnt do repairs since I wouldnt do all 3 at the same time and it wasted their time coming out again. Im not sure what the issues where and if there were any I was not informed! I ended up going with waters plumbing. They have been great!

My family and I always had great services until I had to call today. It seemed like the person on the phone did not want to help. To keep it brief I told them my issue, they told me they cant have someone come till Monday. Later on in the call I find out she never checked, as she said let me actually see whats going on Monday. And also told me as other emergency pop up over the weekend I would have to wait. Our hot water heater isnt working, we have no hot water. But I guess thats not an emergency or important. Overall this time I felt very uncared for she didnt even care what was wrong just said itll be this much + parts thanks bye. And she was arguing with me that plumers dont do free estimates tht its 100 dollars to find out whats wrong. so yes, I went to tureks and service was great I will be going there for the lifetime of my house now probably.

On time and friendly, got out same day for a bad leak leading to sewage backup. They troubleshooted and fixed it within an hour or so
