Food was delicious and our waitress Laura was so sweet. Would definitely come back.

Went for Easter Brunch buffet, first reservation. It was okay but for $40 per person, I expected better. The usual breakfast fare was fine. But everything was just kind of warm, nothing was very hot. Rice pilaf was cold. Shrimp was cool but not cold and no cocktail sauce-just little bottles of tabasco which would have been better served with the eggs/fritattas. Pasta bar was a nice idea but again, not very hot. Desserts were much better than last year's so that was an improvement. The waitress we had seemed disinterested and was not very helpful (we were her first and only table). We had 9 adults and 3 kids. She didn't make sure to get everyone's drink order the first time and the orders were simple-coffees and a couple juices. (Remind you this was a self service buffett brunch so drink orders were the only thing she had to do.) She didn't really come back again until she brought the bill-an hour and 45 minutes later. However, there were 2 young men who kept the table cleared of plates, kept our waters and coffees filled. Kudos to them! They were friendly and worked hard. This is a distillery so we thought it was odd when the waitress said they "ran out of champagne" so the one person in the group who wanted a mimosa was out of luck. How weird is that? We were the first people at the brunch. We enjoyed ourselves but I think the actual brunch needs some tweaking.

We walked in at noon on Easter Sunday and the young female hostess (no older than 16) was getting absolutely torn up the male manager for not sitting tables quick enough. If anything it should have been a learning opportunity to be had in private, not in front of the two families waiting to be seated, or even better he could have sat someone himself! Then the blonde waitress was very snarky when ordering drinks and when our table asked for more water. The drinks took well over 30 minutes to get, and waters were empty 90% of the time then HALFWAY filled. Her and the rude male manager seemed to have been linked at the hip laughing and chatting the whole time instead of assisting his staff or waiting on her tables. The meat cutters were serving the meat with their hands, instead of serving utensil like any other meat cutter at the end of a buffet, which then inevitably led the young man serving my father a nice slice of his RUBBER GLOVE. Sausage was pink on the inside and bacon was soaking in a pool of grease. Every egg option was ice cold. More than anything, the staff lacked customer service so much that other tables were also talking about it. What could have been an outstanding event turned into a very poor experience due to the terrible humans this company hires. I hope the young hostess finds a job that appreciates her showing up and willing to properly train her, and this company finds better people to be the face of their company.
