Holmes Corner Apartments

I currently live here and absolutely love it! Shelby (The landlord) is wonderful! Shes super friendly and engaged with every tenant and quick to respond to any request made. The apartment is so nice and very homey. Wholeheartedly recommend!

The property is beautiful! I love working here, all of the residents are super kind and friendly. I love the community engagement on the Facebook group. And it's so nice being so close to restaurants and grocery stores and the freeway. It's always so quiet and peaceful here.

Actual apartment is very nice. Unfortunately, it is ran through crown property management. This company is extremely frustrating to work with. If you need anything fixed, expect to spend upwards of five months calling into the office to get updates on the status of your work order (which probably isn't even put in). Also, if you choose to lease here there is a good chance you get told you're gonna have 500 mb/s wifi. You won't. If you call in stating as much, you'll simply get a promise that the office is looking into it and again will have to continue calling in for updates for months and months. Find a better leasing company.

Very nice apartments and in a good area! If you would have asked me to leave a review a couple months ago, I would not recommend! We had a different property management company and they were awful so it made my husband and Is life so much more difficult. We had no working fridge or freezer for a month!! Crown property management did NOTHING. Once B7 properties management took over, we got a new freezer and fridge within two weeks. Shelby (our new property manager) is amazing! She fixed our issue so fast, she communicated about it and even followed up about it. Plus, she sends out texts just updating the community with stuff. She is definitely very engaged with us and we definitely lacked it before. But Shelby is great and we are so thankful she took over.
