Twice now they have helped me in a pinch. First time last Spring when we were headed to see family and found a screw in a tire. Patched it right up and we were on our way with less than an hour delay. Today, stopped in to see if they could help me take wheel locks off and got me in and out in 10 minutes. Great service!

Always says you need a new set of tires even if they are 75% left.

I dont write negative reviews but in this case I have to make an exception. I was quoted a price on a set of tires and accepted the quote. I took the vehicle in when scheduled to have them installed and when I went to pick my vehicle up and hour and half later I was told it would be $480+ tax MORE than quoted. Mandy insisted she was not wrong in quoting me and accused me of somehow looking at her own tire costs. No accountability just accusation. Another employee was standing there when I was originally quoted tue price and I mentioned that she should just ask him and she replied that he had no business in there and her manager would fire her. Turns out the guy who was standing there as a witness was the manager and after ten days of coming by and leaving phone messages I finally found that out. He did apologize after I asked him to but wouldnt say anything more than it was a mistake and that it was what it was. I had talked to him in the original visit and mentioned I had wanted to give them all my service needs on my vehicles and stated that again today when I finally got to speak with him and still nothing except that if I wanted to have my vehicles serviced elsewhere, I could do that. I dont think this is good business. I struggle to pay for service and to be charged $480 more than quoted is a hardship and dont want anyone else to be put through what I have been. If I could give a zero rating, I would have. Get it in writing before committing to this business and then Id still be weary of it
