Mr. Appliance of Casper

So... They came out and looked at my fridge back in February of 2023. I was told it would be 2 weeks max to get the fans ordered for my fridge. Paid $200 upfront and I have not heard back from them. I have followed up and left messages. The last time I actually talked to someone was the beginning of March. I just tried to call again today, 05/31/2023 and the phone just rang and rang. I just would like to get my money back at the least! Services: Freezer repair, Refrigerator repair

Unfortunately our experience with Mr. Appliance has been a disaster. I would not recommend if you are looking for your appliance to be fixed in a timely manner. We first contacted Mr. Appliance in January about our freezer. They responded and came out to diagnose in just a couple of days. That is the only thing they have been able to do in a timely manner. It is now March and our freezer still isnt freezing. During a phone call earlier today I was told they couldnt get anyone out to re-diagnose for 2 weeks. After I stated that was unacceptable (considering the length of time this has already taken) I was promised that a technician would be back at our house at 4pm today. Its almost 5:30pm no one has shown up, called, answered my calls or messages. I seriously think I was told they would come out today just to get me off the phone.
