        Very helpful with estates

        I called to try to set up an appointment to discuss an estate plan and the legal assistant who answered the phone was really rude and unhelpful. She was also unwilling to ask an attorney if she was giving the correct information out as she was really confused about being able to set up a trust in Wyoming while not being a resident of the state. She told me I can take my business elsewhere. So I will! If this is what I would have to look forward to as a paying client...no thank you! Buyer beware. Not sure if she is having a bad day but when spending 10s of thousands of dollars...I expect better.

      Ms. Morin terminated my services during ongoing litigation. Ms. Morin and I have a disagreement as to what advice she had been given on a jurisdictional issue. I had taken action based on that advice after discussion with Ms. Morin. After the action was taken, Ms. Morin informed me she recalled our discussion about my advice differently than I did, disagreed with the actions I had taken, and stated she would never have agreed to my taking the steps I had taken on her behalf. Therefore, Ms. Morin terminated by services. My representation of Ms. Morin involved multiple cases in multiple jurisdictions in which Ms. Morin was represented by other legal counsel prior to the start of my representation of Ms. Morin. Upon being terminated, I provided Ms. Morin with a copy of her file. I notified her new counsel I was willing any answer questions about the case.
