AVOID. She did not tell us the home we were interested in had been flooded, and acted as if it was still in new condition. She also did not tell us about the yearly irrigation fees before we came to see the house. We wasted a whole day driving one way to see the house. This is information that should have been in the listing for the house. If we had known ahead of time we would not have wasted our time and money to view it. She cannot be trusted in our opinion.
