The gm is the rudest person her customer service skills suck called multiple times asking if we were still coming to check in then said if we weren't there by 1 am we couldn't check into the room till the next day then I asked for a late check out which I was told we could have until 11:30 how that changed when we finally got checked in she doesn't like animals staying there you can obviously tell by the way she treats you after you tell her you have a dog she will call you and have you go to the front desk to waste time when she could have asked the same thing over the phone when she called and wasted my time. Now to mention the rooms are super small and not worth it can't even have a place to sit outside because they have one bench that is missing a leg how do they expect anyone to be outside. Not to mention housekeeping never came to clean the room or check if anything was needed much less have a working phone don't stay here at this run down motel

I wished I had read all those reviews before, could have saved me a headache!!!! I don't understand why CHOICE HOTELS still let them be part of them!!! People should be able to leave MINUS STARS, this place deserves a minus 5star rating.!!! This clerk, was the rudes person I have ever seen in any Hospitality business. I called and ask if downstairs room would be available since I didn't knew it's only one floor buildings. She told me yes, and right away ask me if I have a pet where I replied with NO. She saying, but I hear a Dog. She hear a Dog, but this dog wasn't with me. I drove by the place to look at the room and right away She started " where is your Dog" I told her AGAIN, I don't have a Dog!!!! This went on over and over and she say " where are you put him...in the trunk" ? I replied jokingly... "YES I LEAVE HIM IN THE TRUNK" Now she telling me about the police is on the next corner etc etc... I told her.. " I see a camera, I hope it's working and your manager will see how you treating customers. Now she threatened me with the Police, I told her to call and to cancel my reservation. She told me she wouldn't, she just keep the money. I had enough and called CHOICE HOTELS, explained the situation and they made a report and refunded my money. Obviously they don't know how to treat Customers. The only reason she got that job, the manager is probably her HUSBAND. I feel sorry for him.
