Red Oak Ridge Apartments

I'm not sure if it's that the company as a whole just can't find employees. But the manger is rude and there is no matinence. No one to fix problems before they become huge and when they do you as a tenant living in the apartments are responsible for the repair and the cost how is that fair this is low income housing 🤔where is that money really going? The manger was caught sleeping with a tenant childs father wasn't fired arrested on some serious charges and still has her job 🤔 what kind of company is this? The management can take under the table payments but the tenants can't breathe wrong🤔 I think a full investigation needs to be done on the manger at this property and everyone that has been wronged by her should sue her and this company for allowing her to stay when they are more than aware of her wrong doings?
