I spent 12 years as a Realtor with another super large international RE company that I never would have chosen to leave, but when our broker died and her husband closed down the offices, we were left with no choice but to find a new brokerage. I had no desire to go with a local mom and pop shop and really was just lost trying to figure out what to do. As God would have it, Realty One Group Mountain Desert stepped in to save the day. They came to meet our agents and offered us a home with their company. They jumped through hoops to find and open a new office for us DURING Covid-19! They welcomed any and all of our agents from the old brokerage and literally spoon fed us to get us all back up and running without any disruption to our businesses. Our owners and brokers are amazing. We have access to them whenever we need to. They go out of their way to make sure we get training to keep us on top of all the new technology that this business now runs on. They acknowledge our hard work and congratulate us on our accomplishments. If you need to have your hand held, they hold it. If you want to be left alone, they respect that and just let us know they are available. Great company, great people, great values. It's important to me to work with people who's morals and ethics match mine. I've found that here and that makes me proud to work with such a great company. Did I mention 100% commission?!?!

Realty One Group Mountain Desert has the best Real Estate agents in the business. When you walk in to the office it is bright and welcoming. The staff is extremely helpful. Everyone you encounter has a smile on there faces. Come in and say Hi!!
