Just wanted to give a shout out to State 48 Plumbing. Had a plumbing issue and reached out to Zack late yesterday. He scheduled a time to come out this morning. He was prompt, polite, and explained what was wrong to me in detail before he fixed the problem. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future!!

Zack came out to install a pressure reduction valve that another company said I needed. Zack checked the psi at an outside faucet and the pressure was not as high as the first plumbers test. State 48 was half of the price of the other plumbers estimate. Zack said I didn’t need the valve installed. Did not charge anything for coming out. Would highly recommend Zack for any plumbing job. Thanks Zack for your honesty!!

Huge shoutout to Zack Rickard at State 48 Plumbing LLC! We have had a leaky toilet in our master bathroom for a long time and finally decided to get it fixed. I reached out to my neighborhood Facebook group for recommendations, and several people referred me to State 48. I see now why so many recommended State 48. He was fantastic! He communicated with me every step of the way from my initial text, and showed up promptly at 2PM as he said he would. It was literally a 2 minute fix! And he did the fix as a courtesy! Zack and Logan were great. Fast. Timely. Very knowledgeable. Replaced our failing hot water heater with a new, more reliable Ruud brand. Fair pricing. No surprises or gimmicks. Even fixed a stuck and calcified water faucet out back for free. Honest dudes. Would highly recommend State 48 Plumbing if you're in the East Valley.
