My home had gotten dirty due to illness and pets and was in need of a deep cleaning. They scheduled around my availability and communicated the cost and estimated time when I scheduled my cleaning. Emma and Jessica did a fantastic job cleaning. They not only cleaned the counters, tub, shower, and toilet, but also scrubbed the decorative items and the baseboards. When they were done, everything looked like new. They continued to provide estimates of time needed to clean the remaining places to keep in alignment with expected costs. Service: Deep clean

I would give 0 stars to represent their reliability and communication. Scheduled for an AM arrival and they are a no show. Told they are "stuck" until 430. How does scheduling work exactly? Who wants cleaners to show up at dinner time? My job is to have my house ready to be cleaned, theirs is to manage their team. Poor, in my opinion keep looking.
