I scheduled a new account call with Grady Brennan to discuss the possibility of opening a self-directed IRA account. Grady was extremely arrogant and rude as I was trying to understand and weigh the benefits to the point where I did not care to do business with him. He also showed zero sense of concern about my business as if he had more important things to do. I suggest Grady have a job that does not involve interacting with customers. Edit in response to the owners response: I would have taken you up on your offer for your management team to speak with me if it wasn't for that one star review comment. I did use your service. I spoke with one of your team members to set up a self-directed IRA. That is a service you offered. The only reason I am not a customer is because of the paragraph above. I believe that any interaction with your business warrants a review.
