Couldn't find several properties with their signs in the yard on the website. The website also has no way to search acreage and you usually have to cross reference the property on other websites to find information you need about the property.

I’m a current seller being represented by Sherry Oswald. Sherry gives you all the tools you need as a seller! The key is how motivated you are as a seller to get what you need done. If you are motivated and up for the task, you will have no problems whatsoever. She will be there anytime you need her and have questions especially since this was my first time selling. We were able to get plenty of people interested in the house with the advertising and pricing that was suggested. We got a buyer lined up swiftly and the negotiations were fair and easy going. I couldn’t ask for any person better to help represent me as an agent and if I ever need to sell a home again, she is the first person I would call.
