        They will not return calls and do not process your paperwork in a timely matter. They charged me after I signed papers to cancel my policy two weeks before it expired. When I called them they lied and stated it was a glitch in the Progressive system. They then proceeded to process my cancellation with Progressive and back date it. I still have not received my money back.

We did get everything back dated and cancelled effective the date of the signed request. The refund was put in a rush, and you acknowledged you received the refund.
