I had a sinus surgery with Dr Ragland on November 11th. I was worried that it would be bad from other stories I heard. he removed multiple polyps and straightened my septum, he said that I was very impacted. Surgery went well and I had a very good experience from the nurses and everyone at Mercy. Returned to his office next morning to remove packing. He did such an awesome job, I never even needed the pain meds he prescribed for me. I can actually breath thru my nose and smell clearly for the first time in years, I'd recommend Dr Ragland and his ENT clinic without hesitation.

Dr. Ragland did my septum surgery & tonsillectomy. Very professional and caring. I would recommend him to anyone who has to get this done.

Dr. Ragland and his nurse April are wonderful! Dr. Ragland has a wonderful beside manner and he explains the issue and his treatment plan in a way that is easy to understand, He speaks to you as if you were a friend. He was truly respectful and compassionate while treating my elderly father and I have the highest regard for him. I have used the other physicians in their clinic and I find this to be a common thread amongst the doctors there. I want new patients to know that you can feel confident about your decision to use Dr. Ragland for your ENT needs and he comes highly recommended by me.
