If you want to live peacefully and happily, then stay away from tripalink. Messy management. Countless on-site managers have changed in a month since I moved in. The management is useless and unorganized most of the time

Building is falling apart even though its two years old. Elevators never work. Pipes burst and flood the place. Lighting in my bathroom doesnt work even after 2 years of maintenance attempting to fix it. Shoddy workmanship is visible everywhere. Management does try to address stuff but the building is just in such bad shape that theyre fighting a losing battle. Rent is the same as other buildings in Koreatown that are brand new but dont have all these problems.

Lived here for two years, and have to say quite possibly the worst management experience Ive ever had. Not only did they barely ever respond to maintenance requests or inquiries, but the manager was usually never available and apartment policies were never enforced.

Just left from visiting my bestfriend who is a resident here. The building is sooo poorly kept. Its a shame because this is a new building. I believe under 2 years old. The carpets in the hallways are stained throughout. The walls, in areas that were touched up are touched up w a different color paint. Residence pets pee in just about every area of the building, elevators, hallway, mail room. This place has greatest potential with the right management. I was in property management for 10 years so Im fully aware of what are reasonable expectations. The carpet in the hallways should be getting shampooed at least once a month, the wall with the mix match paint needs to be touched up, its like take pride in the building you manage and for the people who allow their dog to use the place as a giant wee wee pad, take pride in the place you call home. Location is cool, so many restaurants,markets and coffee spots that you can walk to.
