        The apartments security is very poor. Access to the building and mail room is pretty much public. Security is only available majority of the time in the the building facing wilshire. My gf lost packages in the mailroom multiple times. Parking structure is also really poor. Tenants is not allowed to park on the first level. Management reassigns parking spaces without notifying the tenants or making sure tenants agrees. Outside of the building is very dirty and for many days food and broken glasses are visible on the stair entrance to the building.

        Gemma has been really good. There are times that things may be down but that is common at any place. Moving in was super easy and management has been super responsive to everything. Have enjoyed living here.
